Rinkinson Gohel works at the crossroads of art and engineering, crafting lighting narratives that transform spaces into experiences. With over five years of expertise and a Master of Professional Studies in Lighting Design from the New York School of Interior Design, he brings a rare blend of technical precision and artistic innovation to every project.
He has helped shape the next generation of lighting designers as an instructor at Texas Christian University, alongside creating award-worthy installations across hospitality, healthcare, luxury residential, and corporate sectors. His journey is grounded in an interdisciplinary background in Architecture, Engineering, and Mathematics from South Dakota State University, further enriched by specialized lighting research and hands-on internships.
As an active voice in the lighting community, Rinkinson has served as a board member for IESNYC managing the calendar and contributed to both the Student Lighting Design Committee and the prestigious Lumen Awards Committee in New York City. He is also an active Allied Member of AIA Dallas, currently serving on the Tour of Homes Committee and the Design Awards Committee.

Beyond the drafting table, Rinkinson enjoys life as a father to his leap-year-born son, husband to his wife, and owner of an energetic Siberian Husky — along with playing table tennis, running, hiking, and exploring nature.
